If the course is marked as complete with a previous year’s date:
To get the certificate for this year you will have to re-enrol on the course rather than returning to the previous enrolment which was already completed. Unfortunately, this does not produce a new certificate.
To do this, you must search for the course again and then enrol on it. Please ensure that a course is either 'Not started', or, 'In Process' if you want to obtain a new certificate.
We suggest visiting the following page. This outlines a few short, simple steps you can take to prevent this from happening again.
Transform Your Learning Experience with One Simple Click
If the course is not marked as complete:
The reason you are not able to access your certificate is because the programme is not marked as 'Complete'.
The programme tracks your activity on the course to ensure everything has been done before it can be marked as complete.
It is possible that you might have missed clicking or accessing some pages/sub-pages/modules/sub-modules/tabs/links.
Some learning programmes are designed in a way that a page may load in stages so for example a page may load initially with only a video and then once the video has finished further options are loaded.
Please revisit the programme, taking care to ensure that:
- You have visited all the pages and subpages of the programmes and completed all units.
- All clickable text/images/icons have been clicked.
- All audio/videos have been allowed to play fully.
If you have passed any assessments, you won’t need to retake these.
We suggest visiting the following page, this details a few steps you can take to ensure that this does not happen again.
