The PC check will indicate any system requirements that are not met and these will need to be installed or updated in order to access the course.
Some general steps that you can take are listed below:
- Try running the course on another browser.
- Ensure that you are running an up-to-date version of your browser (the course may not run correctly on some older versions).
- Ensure that you have a modern version of Flash (this will be indicated in the PC check).
