The HSeLanD SAP Verification development seeks to enhance data integrity, compliance reporting, and reliability through linking HSeLanD profile data with SAP HR employee records.
How to undertake verification on HSeLanD
- Verification of a HSeLanD user's profile can only happen when users log in to HSeLanD.
- HSeLanD users who have an employee record on SAP will be prompted for verification following the go-live date for their health region/service.
- After logging in to HSeLanD, users will be prompted to enter their personnel number and date of birth. The personnel number can be found on the staff member's pay slip.
- This action should take less than one minute.
- HSeLanD users will need to confirm and update their work location details to ensure accuracy and complete the verification process.
HSeLanD SAP Verification rollout
The rollout of SAP Verification for HSeLanD users who have an employee record on SAP will commence on the 6th of October 2025 and will proceed as follows:

The personnel number you entered is not in the correct format. It should contain only numbers and be exactly eight digits long.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to find a match for your personnel number and/or date of birth in the location you selected.
Please ensure the following steps have been completed:
- The personnel number (available on your payslip) and date of birth are entered exactly as recorded in your HR file.
- The correct primary work location has been selected. If you work in Community Services, use the HSE Area Finder Tool to confirm your region. If a user is unable to verify, ask them to check what other email addresses they may have previously registered with.
