HSeLanD HSE Verification ensures that your HSeLanD profile accurately reflects your official HSE HR work location and role. This short guide aims to support you in verifying your HSeLanD user profile in line with your HSE HR employee record. In order for you to successfully verify your HSeLanD profile, you will need to have a clear understanding of where your work location (department/service) is situated in the HSE Health Regions organisation structure.
Exceptions to this process
This verification process applies to all HSE staff. Agency staff working in HSE locations (excluding HSE Mid West Achieve Hospitals) should select 'Agency Staff and Service Providers'. Agency staff working in any of the HSE Mid West Achieve Hospitals should select ‘Acute Hospitals > Mid West Achieve – Agency Worker’ to register.
We have developed tailored guidance for students and NCHDs, providing clear, step-by-step instructions to support successful HSeLanD registration and profile updates.
