What is Account Recovery
You can now unlock your account, reset your password, and remove multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods without needing to contact Support. This self-service update makes managing your account quicker, easier, and more convenient.
How to use Account Recovery
When you use the new application, you’ll be prompted to reset your password. This will automatically unlock your account and reset any multi-factor authentication methods you’ve previously set up.
Important information
- You no longer need access to your email address to set up multi-factor authentication via Passkey or the Authenticator app.
- Once you’ve regained access to your account, make sure your profile has an email address you have access to. If you need to update your email address, you will be able to once you have completed account recovery and logged into your account. You can edit your email address by following the steps at below.

Next Steps
- To update your details on HSeLanD, please sign in, then go to 'Profile' then Update Profile'.
- If you update your email address, a validation email will be sent to confirm that it belongs to you.
- If you encounter an error indicating that your email address is invalid while attempting to update it, please try logging in using your username instead. If you are unsure of your username, kindly contact our support team using the link below and include a note stating that you need assistance retrieving your username.
